Vinous likewise reported destemming but described three 350-litre barrels, one new, and purchased fruit from 40-year-old vines; the two published barrel-size specifications are retained as a genuine conflict.
Tasting Notes Blackberry, raspberry, cranberry leaf and tobacco aromas; ripe redcurrant and cranberry fruit; saline, medium-bodied palate.
