Production Details The grapes were harvested by hand. The sloping parcel lies at approximately 228 metres in the Morgeot climat. Fermentation began in stainless-steel vats, followed by 12–18 months of lees ageing in oak barrels, with approximately 25–35% new barrels.
Tasting Notes Generous and distinguished; rich fruit balanced by defined mineral tension; voluminous, dense yet weightless texture; long, mouth-watering finish; zesty bitterness; precise, straight and slightly chalky.
Food Pairing Seared scallops; veal fillet with chanterelles; creamy shellfish risotto; roasted Bresse chicken; aged Comté or other hard cheeses.
