Production Details The wine is sourced from purchased grapes and musts supplied by partners under specifications. Grapes are hand harvested in open-work crates and carefully sorted if necessary, then totally destemmed. Fermentation and maceration last 2–3 weeks in small open vats with punch-downs and pump-overs; press fractions are separated by tasting. Maturation lasts 14–16 months in oak barrels, including 20–25% new barrels. The producer places the vineyard between 240 and 400 metres elevation.
Tasting Notes Deep red; spices, black fruits and vanilla; ample and generous palate; structured and balanced; long finish combining power and delicacy
