Grapes were harvested manually, sorted in the vineyard and again on a vibrating sorting table, and were 100% destemmed. Vatting lasted about 15 days with minimal intervention. The wine matured for 12 months in 350-litre barrels, including 15–20% new barrels, followed by 4–6 months in tank before bottling. The recommended serving range is 14–15°C.
