Production Details The fruit came from a natural amphitheatre of terraced vines near Aubertin at the foot of the Pyrenees, farmed biodynamically. The wine was aged mostly in 450- and 600-litre barrels, with some 350-litre elongated “cigar” barrels, and production was extremely limited. Polaner’s current portfolio text states that these wines are never chaptalised.
