Production Details Each parcel was vinified separately, with punch-downs or pump-overs chosen according to the parcel. Strict selection identified the denser, more structured Les Bessards component for separate maturation in new barriques. Harvest was delayed until the last possible moment after early-September rain restarted ripening.
