Production Details The 72 hectares in production were planted at 8,333 vines/ha and traditionally cultivated with reasoned organic amendments and no anti-botrytis treatment. Grapes were harvested manually into crates and sorted before and after destemming. Traditional vinification used pumping-over and délestage; vatting lasted 30–35 days. The wine was matured for 12 months in barrels, 50% new. The sheet separately prints the estate planting composition as 55% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc, totaling 105%; this internally inconsistent vineyard figure was not treated as the wine blend.

Grapes were harvested manually into crates and sorted before and after destemming. Traditional vinification included pumping-over and délestage; malolactic fermentation in tanks was not inoculated. The wine was matured for 12 months entirely in new barrels, with racking every six months.
