Production Details The grapes were hand harvested and 100% destemmed. Fermentation lasted 2–3 weeks at 20°C. The wine matured for 24 months in barrel, with 100% new oak. The listed vineyard holding is 2.1 ha, trained to double Guyot, planted in 1990 at 3,300 vines/ha. The finished wine is described as dry.
Tasting Notes Powerful and notably full-bodied, with mature-fruit character recalling quince jam and honey; barrel ageing contributes breadth without an excessively strong oak flavor.
