Production Details Fruit from a 1.6-hectare Concoeur parcel was fully destemmed and fermented in cement; the wine was matured in foudres for a total of 14 months. The importer describes the parcel as lying on the plateau between Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges and as having been planted by the proprietor's grandfather about 60 years earlier.

Production Details The 1.6-hectare parcel was planted in 1970, inherited from François Gerbet in 2013, and is normally harvested about 15 days later than the domaine's other parcels. Vinification comprised four days of cold maceration, natural-yeast alcoholic fermentation in concrete, one or two pump-overs daily, punch-downs only at the end of fermentation, and five days of post-fermentation maceration. Malolactic fermentation occurred in wooden barrels, followed by 12 months of maturation with 0% new oak.
