Production Details The 2023 came from two steep vineyard parcels. It was made with 50% whole bunches and 50% destemmed fruit; Wijn op Dronk describes alternating layers of whole clusters and destemmed grapes ('millefeuille'), while Neal Martin records concrete-tank vinification with minimal pigeage. Maturation was for 11 months in stainless steel.
