Production Details The exact-vintage profile describes a due-south, shallow and stony clay-limestone site, vines grown around individual stakes, and five bunches per vine. James Suckling describes the grapes as biodynamically grown. Jasper Morris reported four barrels made, while Wine Spectator reported 100 cases made, including 20 cases imported.
Tasting Notes Millésima house tasting: small red fruit, depth and a lingering finish. Wine Spectator: sandalwood, tuberose, cherry, pomegranate, blood orange and sweet spices. Jasper Morris's May 2023 barrel-sample note: peach, dark raspberry and spice.
