Production Details Grand Cru Geisberg from Trimbach's 2.6 ha parcel behind the domaine. Old vines over 50 years old on small, steep south-facing terraces. Grapes selected at maturity, then crushed and delicately pressed in a pneumatic press. Vinified dry in stainless steel vats with no malolactic fermentation and no long aging on lees in order to preserve freshness, liveliness, and fruity aromas.
