Production Details Grands-Échezeaux yielded approximately 22–23 hL/ha. The frost- and disease-affected vintage required exceptionally meticulous sorting, but the producer reported satisfactory maturity and good finished-wine quality.

Production Details The Domaine’s red cuvées were vinified with 90–100% whole clusters and fermented for 18–21 days depending on the cuvée. Fermentation involved the customary pumpovers and deliberately reduced-frequency punchdowns. Sorting removed shrivelled or sun-scorched berries and represented about 1.5% of the total Domaine harvest.
