Production Details Produced from carefully selected old massal-selection Gewürztraminer vines; a commercial fact sheet identifies biodynamic and organic cultivation and lists no barrel maturation.
Tasting Notes Deep, pure and concentrated aromas of ripe fruit and crushed limestone; generous yet saline and precise, with elegance and a finely chiseled profile. A supplementary commercial sheet lists citrus, rose, violet and spice aromas, a broad velvety palate and a spicy, airy finish.
