Production Details Biodynamic viticulture on a very late-ripening parcel of vines more than 70 years old; hand harvested and sorted on a table; whole-cluster, semi-carbonic vinification in open, truncated-conical wooden vats. The listed élevage uses Burgundian pièces and demi-muids spanning new, one-wine and two-wine vessels for 18–36 months depending on the vintage, followed by further estate storage after bottling. Recommended serving range: 16–17°C.
