Production Details The 2018 release was hand-harvested, stringently sorted and partly destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation occurred spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, with moderate pumping-over and cap-punching. Maturation lasted 18 months in oak barrels: one third new, one third previously used for one wine and one third previously used for two wines.
