Harvest Dates La Fourchaume was among the estate's first parcels harvested, at the very end of August 2022.
Production Details The vineyard rises approximately from 130 to 200 meters and has a predominantly southwest-facing, heat-accumulating exposure. The 2022 wine was matured partly in tank and partly in barrels. The distributor recommends serving at 11–12°C.
Tasting Notes La Route des Blancs note: golden and bright; broom, honeysuckle, pollen, yellow peach, orange marmalade, beeswax, mirabelle, Nashi pear, almond paste, marine freshness, chervil and fennel; ripe-fruit richness balanced by citrus-like acidity, salinity and a dynamic spicy finish.
Food Pairing Delicate seafood or white meats, including sole with hazelnut and Comté, chicken blanquette, langoustine risotto or veal sweetbreads in cream.
