Production Details Hand harvested from a 1.18-hectare estate parcel acquired by the Ramonet family in 1934. The wine was matured approximately 12–15 months on fine lees in French oak, with approximately 33% new oak.
Food Pairing Butter-poached lobster, Dover sole, turbot, roasted monkfish, seared scallops, roast chicken with morel cream sauce, veal medallions, lobster risotto, aged Comté, Beaufort and Gruyère.

Tasting Notes Pale straw; ripe white-orchard-fruit aromas with oak and mint nuances; ripe apples and pears with bright citrus; medium-bodied, luscious and opulent.
