Production Details The 2017 release is the rarer of Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey's two En Remilly bottlings. The Nicholas et Mathis cuvée is situated near Chevalier-Montrachet and is described as deeper and more textural than the basic En Remilly bottling.
Tasting Notes Tension-filled, finely etched structure with soaring floral and citrus notes and a backbone of stony minerality.
