Production Details Produced from Domaine Dujac's 0.69-hectare parcel in Champs Traversin. About 10–15% of the fruit was destemmed, followed by very gentle fermentation emphasizing infusion rather than extraction; the producer expected tannin primarily from pressing rather than punch-downs.
Tasting Notes Charles Curtis MW described a silky, seductive, dense and extract-rich wine with sufficient substance and a powerful finish. William Kelley additionally recorded cherries, rose petals, sweet spices, musk, blood orange and burning embers, with lively acidity, pure fruit, powdery tannins and a long, expansive finish.
