Production Details The fruit arrived extremely healthy, without botrytis or other disease. Sunburned or slightly desiccated berries were removed chiefly in the vineyard and selection was refined on the sorting table. The producer describes the vinifications as peaceful and natural, with maceration adjusted separately for each vat and cru.

Production Details Red-wine vinification used 90–100% whole clusters. Fermentations lasted 18–21 days depending on the cuvée and involved pumpovers plus deliberately restrained punch-downs. Sorting removed shriveled or sunburned berries and unusually large, less-ripe clusters; the rejected material represented about 1.5% of the Domaine’s total harvest.
