Production Details At the 17 November 2023 pre-bottling tasting, the white wines had been racked and were in tank; sulfur at that stage was described as very low.
Tasting Notes Ripe citrus, white peach and fresh apple; mineral and stony, energetic and tense, with a crisp backbone, white-fruit weight, broad structure, a juicy finish, faint cream and notable length.
