Production Details The exact 2022 wine came from a 0.4-hectare parcel and was raised in 30% new wood. Separately, estate-wide 2022 context—not an exact En Brescul specification—describes a short cold maceration, two to three weeks of maceration with one pigeage and one remontage per day, maturation in barrels for 22 months without racking where possible, and around one-third whole bunches across the range.
