Production Details Hand harvested at approximately 35 hl/ha; sorted in the vineyard and again at the cellar; fully destemmed; indigenous-yeast vinification with cold maceration in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks; pressed and matured for 12 months in 600-litre demi-muids; estate bottled. Recommended serving range is 14–16 °C. Face à Face was first produced in the 2023 vintage.
