Production Details Vineyard density is 5,500 vines/ha and the vines are trained using Cordon de Royat pruning. The harvest comprised 50% whole clusters. Fermentation lasted 10 days in open wooden and stainless-steel vats. Maturation totaled 16 months: 12 months in barrels and truncated-conical wooden vats, followed by 4 months in stainless-steel vats.
