Production Details The grapes are hand-harvested with selective sorting. WineAndCo locates the small Mercurol coteau at 90–120 m. Maturation accounts conflict: 1jour1vin says Roussanne is matured in WineGlobe and Marsanne in foudre, whereas Vinalia states 8–10 months in stainless steel; the D.V.P./vin.co sheet gives only a generalized choice of foudre, stainless tank or amphora according to parcel. 1jour1vin recommends serving at 10–12°C.
Tasting Notes Wine Advocate 2025: spring flowers, almond, white pear and white peach; medium-to-full-bodied, round and elegant, with lively acidity and a long, aromatic, slightly bitter finish.
