Production Details The fruit came from a 0.82-hectare plateau parcel. Pressed grapes and juice were rigorously selected, with material below the required standard sold. The wine matured for approximately 11 months in seasoned oak barrels; transfers favored gravity over pumping, and bottling followed light fining without filtration. The vineyard was worked using natural and organic methods, although it was not certified organic.
