Production Details The vineyard lies on gentle southeast-facing slopes at 350–400 m. Fermenting maceration takes place in thermoregulated open vats for 9–12 days. Maturation is 50% in stainless-steel vats and 50% in 350-L barrels for 8–9 months. Recommended serving temperature is 14–15°C.
