Production Details Following gentle pressing, vinification took place entirely in oak barrels at low temperatures. The lees were stirred regularly and thoroughly during the first 6 months of maturation. Total maturation lasted 13 months, with 50% new, very lightly toasted, fine-grained French oak.
Tasting Notes Golden yellow; orange and mandarin peel, freshly cut grass, white blossoms and subtle cologne notes; rich and generous, balanced by freshness and mild bitterness, with vanilla, panna cotta, yellow fruit and delicate salinity.
