Production Details The 2021 Corton underwent a shorter maceration and subsequently spent time in steel before bottling, which occurred within the Domaine's December 2022–April 2023 bottling period. Decanter separately reports that DRC vinified its entire 2021 harvest as whole clusters, used gentle extraction with less punching down than in recent years, and matured the wines in 100% new barrels for a shorter period.
