Production Details The vines are more than 55 years old. Whole bunches are vinified, and the wine matures in barrels: 30% new oak, with the remaining barrels no more than four years old. Bottling is without fining or filtration.
Tasting Notes Ruby red; black cherry and licorice aromas; harmoniously spicy and full-bodied, with silky tannins and impressive length.
