Maturation lasted 18 months in barrels, including 10% new wood. Tasting Notes Very dark red with carmine reflections; ripe, concentrated and intense, with black-fruit, violet and pepper notes; dense, velvety texture with freshness, integrated oak and balanced tannins.

Production Details The vineyard covered 17 acres at 10,000 vines/ha. Grapes were harvested manually and sorted in the vineyard and again at the winery sorting table. Vinification used 20% whole harvest, cold maceration in thermoregulated stainless-steel vats and indigenous yeasts; the sheet also lists thermoregulated concrete tanks under winemaking. Maturation lasted twelve months in barrels without new wood. The sheet is headed “Côte-Rôtie Mon Village 2021” but its appellation line says “Côtes du Rhône AOP”; classification is therefore withheld as an internal source inconsistency.
