Production Details The vines were planted in 1992 at a reported density of 10,000 vines/ha, on a southeast-facing parcel at 190–262 m. Grapes were harvested manually on 14 September 2018 and sorted both in the parcel and at the winery. The wine used 100% whole harvests and fermented in thermoregulated stainless-steel tanks with the sheet's stated traditional cap system and immersed native yeasts. It matured for 26 months in extra-fine-grain oak barrels; stated aging capacity was 20–25 years.

Production Details Manual harvest with double sorting, first in the vineyard and then on a winery sorting table. The fruit was vinified as 100% whole bunches, with cold maceration and fermentation in thermoregulated stainless-steel tanks using native yeasts. Maturation lasted 20 months in French-oak barrels, 20% new. The vineyard was reported at 190–262 m elevation and 10,000 vines/ha; stated cellar potential was 20–25 years.
