Production Details The vineyard was planted in 2010, lies at 220–247 m and is planted at 11,000 vines/ha. Grapes were harvested manually and sorted twice, in the vineyard and at the winery. The wine was 100% destemmed, cold-macerated in thermoregulated stainless-steel tanks, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for 20 months in French-oak barrels. The sheet states a cellar potential of 20 years.
