Production Details The vineyard exposure is south/southeast, with a 10–60% gradient and elevations of 150–320 m. The sheet reports 3.5 ha of vineyard, vines aged 20–40 years and planting density of 10,000 vines/ha. Fermentation used indigenous yeast, with 28% whole-bunch vinification. Maturation lasted 20 months in 228 L barrels, followed by cellar ageing reported as 10 years at the estate.
Tasting Notes Ripe blackcurrant and blackberry, violet and soft spices; broad, tender and velvety attack, ripe rounded tannins, balanced power and freshness, and a long finish.
