Production Details 100% whole-bunch vinification with approximately three weeks of maceration. The grapes were harvested by hand and sorted in the vineyard, with pump-overs during fermentation. Maturation lasted 24 months in demi-muids and barriques. The 0.26-hectare La Landonne parcel was planted in 1987, and the cuvée was produced only in exceptional years.
