Production Details Fruit from a 1.5-hectare Seyssuel plot. The grapes were harvested manually, sorted and partially destemmed; vinification was parcel by parcel, followed by 18 months of maturation in barrels.
Tasting Notes BB&R barrel sample: sweet red fruit and green pepper aromas; rich palate with plum and ripe blackberry; dark-chocolate and mint notes on the finish.

Production Details Fruit from the Seyssuel hillside terroirs on the Rhône's left bank north of Vienne; the historic vineyard was replanted in 1996. The wine was matured for 18 months in barrels.
Tasting Notes Purple colour; ripe black-fruit aromas with spicy and cured-meat notes; delicate, silky palate with pronounced minerality.
Food Pairing Tender but strongly flavoured meat, such as duck breast.
