Production Details Fruit came from a hillside parcel at Tupin-Semons contiguous with the Condrieu appellation. Vinification and maturation combined predominantly stainless-steel tanks with foudres and barrels, using very little new oak. The source describes the farming as following organic principles without claiming certification.
Tasting Notes Lavender honey, violet, acacia, anise, lemon balm, white peach, apricot, pear, white grape, custard apple, lime and cardamom; silky stone-fruit palate with almond, coconut, mandarin and lemon, finishing saline and energetic.
Food Pairing Serve as an aperitif or with fish terrine in aspic, citrus-dressed crab or oysters gratinéed with Champagne sabayon.

Production Details The vineyard covers 3 hectares at a density of 10,000 vines/ha. Grapes were harvested manually and sorted twice: once in the vineyard and again on a sorting table at the winery.
Tasting Notes Honey, apricot, subdued floral notes and balanced toasty oak; medium- to full-bodied with a silky texture and lingering finish.
