Production Details The vineyard is stated as 1.5 ha at 10,000 vines/ha in Seyssuel, north of Vienne on the Rhône's left bank. Grapes are harvested manually, sorted in the vineyard and again on a sorting table at the winery, then destemmed and cold-macerated in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats with indigenous yeasts. Maturation is 18 months in barriques, with 20% new wood during the first year.

Production Details Hand-harvested fruit was vinified with 20% whole bunches and cold maceration in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine matured for 20 months in barriques, including 10% new wood. The stated serving range is 14–17°C.
Tasting Notes Dark ruby; blackcurrant, violet, tapenade and vanilla; fine and elegant, with balanced richness and acidity and ripe tannins.
