Production Details Syrah was grown at 180–250 m elevation. A late manual harvest was conducted in several passes, after which the grapes were partially destemmed. Fermentation and maceration with natural yeasts lasted 18–21 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. The wine matured for 12 months in used barriques, with no new oak.

Production Details Grapes were harvested manually, sorted by plot and again on a sorting table at the winery, then 80–100% destemmed. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and an 18–21-day maceration took place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. The wine matured for 12 months in 228 L French-oak barrels with no new wood; stated ageing potential was 5–10 years.
