Production Details The producer specifies traditional-method production and long ageing with the bottles stacked on laths. A specialist trade description of the multi-vintage Brut Nature based on 2020 specifies spontaneous first fermentation, second fermentation in bottle and 24 months on lees. An older non-vintage listing, whose drinking guidance ended in 2022, instead reported one year on laths and recommended service at 6–8°C; this is retained as older release context and not generalized to the current base-2020 release.
