Production Details The 2023 came from a 0.30-hectare clay-rich parcel just downslope from Clos Saint-Jacques, with vines more than 50 years old and practicing-organic farming. Vinification included 30% hand-cut whole clusters and indigenous yeast. The wine matured for 18 months in barrels, 50% new, and was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
