Production Details Fruit is sourced from 20 hectares of vines in Saint-Père, surrounded by natural grasses and flora. The wine undergoes exclusively natural vinification with spontaneous fermentation.
Tasting Notes Pale-to-medium straw yellow with green highlights; acacia, honeysuckle, elderflower and quince, with gunflint and wet-stone minerality; vibrant acidity, textural richness, orchard and stone fruit, and a persistent mineral finish.
