Production Details Hand-harvested grapes were gently pressed and the must settled. Each parcel was vinified separately; alcoholic and malolactic fermentations took place in barrels and foudres with indigenous yeasts and bacteria. The wine matured for 9 months on fine lees in those vessels with regular stirring, and the parcels were blended immediately before bottling.
Tasting Notes White peach, kiwi, lemon, ginger and a touch of mango; ample palate with a rich texture.
