Production Details The three-hectare, steeply situated granite vineyard averages 25-year-old Viognier planted at 10,000 vines per hectare. Vineyard work and harvesting are manual. Each plot is sorted separately during picking and again on a sorting table; the fruit is directly pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts in 350 L oak barrels and foudres, and matured for 7 months in barrels on fine lees.
