Production Details Millésima’s 2023 winemaking text says maturation was 50% in stainless-steel tanks and 50% in oak barrels, followed by 9–10 months on fine lees with gentle bâtonnage. Its embedded Vinous review instead says the 2023 saw no oak, while The Wine Society describes no oak influence; oak-vessel use is therefore unresolved. Millésima recommends serving at 7–13°C and says decanting is unnecessary.
