Production Details Grapes were harvested manually at optimal maturity. Vinification included light settling and moderate sulfur use. Indigenous-yeast fermentation was divided between wood (70%, including 5% new wood) and stainless steel (30%). The wine was aged on full lees for 10 months. Recommended serving temperature is 10–12°C.
Tasting Notes Deep gold to golden yellow with green highlights; exotic fruit, pineapple, acacia blossom, lychee, peach and apricot; round and full, with good length and a vanilla finish; also described as showing white peach, candied fruit and taut acidity.
