Production Details Camille Thiriet said she initially planned to destem because the parcel was new to her, but the fruit was sufficiently fine that she removed the destemmer, establishing whole-cluster processing for this vintage. Domaine Dujac’s team picked the parcel while waiting to begin its own harvest.
