Fermentation Vessels Oak foudres
Oak Types Oak
Base Wine Years 2017, 2016, 2015
Serving Temperature 10°C · 50°F
Production Details The base wine was fermented and matured for 10 months in oak foudres without malolactic fermentation, followed by a stated eight years on lees. Release data conflict: the current vendor page says T18 denotes bottling in 2018 and gives 7 g/L dosage, whereas the importer-hosted Wine Advocate review calls it the 2017 tirage and gives 8 g/L with a February 2020 disgorgement. Tirage date, dosage and disgorgement are therefore withheld from canonical fields.
Tasting Notes Citrus oil, Madagascar vanilla, fresh apricot, quince, sesame seed and hard candy; medium- to full-bodied, incisive and saline, with a long lemon-tinged finish.

Non-vintage #13 Technical Specifications
Grape Varieties 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir
Classification Champagne Premier Cru
Region Champagne
Sites Rilly-la-Montagne
Tirage Date 2013
Base Wine Years 2012, 2011, 2010
Production Details T13 was vinified and matured for 10 months in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation. Disgorgement evidence is bottle or review specific and conflicts: the importer’s archived Vinous review reports 2 January 2020 with 7 g/L dosage, while its Wine Advocate review reports March 2020. These observations are retained as release context rather than vintage-wide dosage or disgorgement claims.
Tasting Notes White fruit, pear, vanilla, praline, pastry and brioche; full-bodied, dense and elegant, with a long delicately smoky finish.
