Production Details The standard producer specification describes 100% reserve wines matured for at least 2 years in vats, followed by 3 years in bottle. For the separately documented Edition 3 Magnum release, Moët Hennessy Italia lists 6 years on lees and service at 10–12°C; a January 2024 Magnum report records tirage in November 2016 at 5 atmospheres, 6 years in the house crayères, and disgorgement in October 2022. The Magnum-specific tirage and disgorgement observations are retained here rather than generalized as edition-wide canonical dates.
Tasting Notes Very fine bubbles and an intense golden colour; white flowers, acacia, lime, lemon zest, white grape, bread dough, fresh bread, orange peel and candied lemon; vivacious, fresh and pure.
Food Pairing Raw crunchy vegetables and early fruit, salads, seaweed and other iodized foods, shellfish, crustaceans, citrus, fresh herbs and tangy fruit.
